Z Energy Innovation Team

I worked collaboratively within the innovation team at Z Energy. At the time I was there, there was a big transition in the company away from oil and into future greener initiatives. The team coming up with the innovative ideas were called the innovation explorers, with fail-fast mindset and innovation design thinking. As well as being a part of this team, I branded the innovation explorers with the logo symbolising the process of design thinking as a discovery journey with a waka.
