Innovation Sprints and Journey Storyboarding
I have worked alongside various companies such as Callaghan Innovation, Te Pūkenga and Te Whatu Ora, in human centred design sprints. This work included innovative thinking within designed services user testing and fast turnarounds. My work at Te Whatu Ora was alongside the team of 19 innovation health initiatives. This work was collaborative displaying the user journeys and processes of various services within the Health industry.
Te Whatu Ora
Working at Te Whatu Ora as a contractor for 2 years, I worked within the health system creating visual assets and board reports for the minister. I also created visual designs for journey mapping within the service design team along with personas for internal use. These were used to map out the journeys of different practitioners for the Hira project, a national digital health initiative. Hira was designed to create a unified, shared health record system across Aotearoa New Zealand.

The work I did here focused on information visualisation and storyboarding. I worked alongside a team visualising the journey of different users and making stories highlighting pain points and strengths of each journey.
